A comprehensive assessment must occur before any young person is accepted into crisis accommodation and acceptance is also dependent on vacancies. Making a referral does not mean that accommodation will be available or will occur after hours.
If crisis accommodation is not available YPS staff will provide information on other emergency housing referrals available after hours.
